Teachers
Academic Forum was set up in 2005 to promote research and
create a forum for academic discussions. Another objective
was to create awareness about schemes offered by the University
Grants Commission and research grants from various institutions.
The prime objective was to encourage interdisciplinary activities
in research and teaching and to offer training in enhancing
teaching skills through workshops and lecture demonstrations.
In the years following its establishment several seminars
and workshops have been organized.
Discussions on books would be promoted by establishing a book
club where book would be reviewed. Papers presented by the
staff members are put together in an in house research journal.
We have the vision that TAF will carry forward the aims and
objectives envisaged by the college.
