Jaihind Bcom( Banking and Insurance) has started in the year 2003.It is the specialized courses in banking ,finance and insurance which helps to lend professionalisation to the Bcom cources. It's a full time course comparising of 6 semester ie 3 years. With 38 subjects and 2,100 marks projects to be submitted in semester V and semester VI .

Our intake is maximum of 60 students per batch . the assessment procedure is 40 marks for internals and 60 marks for semester end exams. The department has given excellent results with distinction and first classes.

In 2006 the first batch which appeared and the university topper was from Jaihind college.

The department has regurarly conducts guest lecturers and seminars and workshops where in speakers with national and international reknown are invited .

Thus giving the students the wider explosure. The department also provides internship and placements in banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions.

Periodic industrial visits are connected to provide pratical explosure to the students wherein they visits manufacturing units and financial institutions.these visits acts as a case study evaluate by them.

Banking and insurance students have participated and won several inter-collegiate events.

Tropphs winning have been achieved and trophy for quality participation and BEST COLLEGE SHEILDS.
