The last date for submission of Forms has been extended. Forms will be accepted
on 02.07.07 between 10 am and 1.00 pm
The Merit List of Arts, Science
and Commerce and Sports and Cultural Category will be declared on July 3, 2007,
at 1 pm
All students who have been asked to come for Sports and Cultural
Interviews on July 2, 2007, will have to report on July 3, 2007 at 2 pm in the
College Auditorium.
(Please note that this is subject to the names of
the students being on the Merit List) |

| The
sale of forms & prospectus will be made with effect from Tuesday, 26th June 2007
to Friday, 29th June 2007 between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. according to the following
schedule, outside the College Auditorium on the ground floor (Main Building).
The cost of the Form and the Prospectus is Rs. 50/-. The plastic folder provided
to you contains two Admission forms, the College Prospectus along with the schedule
and procedure of admissions. Of the two admission forms, one form is white in
colour while the other one is coloured. The white form is the Pre-admission form
which has to be duly filled in and submitted at the time of submission of the
application along with a xerox copy of the marksheet of the Xth Std. Examination.
In case of candidates applying under Sports / Cultural / Spl. Reserved Category,
the candidates must also attach a copy of the said certificate of their relevant
activity and submit the Pre-admission form duly filled in at the relevant counter.
(Students applying for more than one category have to fill up seperate form for
each)
At the time of submission of the Pre-admission form, the applicant
must collect the counterfoil receipt of this admission form duly stamped and signed
by the receiver. The coloured form duly filled should be brought at the time of
admission only |

THE
1st MERIT LIST : Consisting of the above categories will be displayed On Monday,
3rd July 07
at 1:00 p.m. Interviews and admissions of the candidates will
be done on Monday 2nd July’ 07 from 2.00 p.m., On Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th
July, 2007 Interviews and admissions will be from 9:00 a.m. as per schedule displayed
on the Notice Board.
DISPLAY OF 2nd MERIT LIST : On Wednesday,
4th July, 2007 at 5:30 p.m. Interviews and admissions of the candidates on the
2nd merit list on 5th & 6th July 2007 from 9:00 a.m. onwards, according to the
schedule displayed on the Notice Board.
DISPLAY OF 3rd MERIT LIST
: On Friday, 6th July, 2007 at 5:30 p.m. Interviews and admissions of the
candidates on the 3rd merit list on Saturday, 7th July, 2007 & 9th July 2007 from
9:00 a.m. onwards, according to the schedule displayed on the Notice Board.
DISPLAY OF 4th MERIT LIST (If Any) : On 9th July, 2007 at 5:30 p.m.
Interviews and admissions of the candidates on the 4th merit list on Tuesday,
10th July, 2007 from 9:00 a.m. onwards, according to the schedule displayed on
the Notice Board. |

| The
following documents are to be brought by the student coming for interview and
admisssion.
i) The coloured form, duly filled in and signed by the student
and the Parent/Guardian, along with the photograph affixed on the form.
ii)
Original S.S.C. / I.C.S.E. / C.B.S.E. or any other equivalent examination Marksheet
along with 5 xerox copies of the same.
iii) Original School Leaving Certificate
along with 5 xerox copies.
iv) Two photographs of size 5 x 4 cms. for the
purpose of Identity card.
v) THE GIRL’S FREESHIP : PARENTS OR GUARDIANS
OF GIRL STUDENTS WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF MAHARASHTRA STATE FOR NOT LESS THAN 15 YEARS,
AND PROVIDED THE GIRL STUDENT IS NOT THE FOURTH OR THE SUBSEQUENT CHILD WILL HAVE
TO FILL A FORM OF DECLARATION DULY SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN AND SUBMIT
THE SAME ALONG WITH A XEROX COPY OF THE FIRST AND LAST PAGE OF THE RATION CARD,
AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION. |

| IN
ORDER TO CLAIM THE GOVERNMENT FREESHIP FOR GIRLS STUDENTS ENTITLED FOR FREESHIP,
THE FORMS CAN BE COLLECTED WHEN THEIR NAMES APPEAR ON THE MERIT LIST FOR ADMISSION.

: Additional documents required for students who have appeared for I.C.S.E./C.B.S.E.
or other equivalent examinations outside Maharashtra State :
a) Eligibility
forms duly filled in (available in the college on a payment of Rs.100/- at the
counter where the sale of forms is done).
b) Deed of Undertaking – to be
typed on Rs. 20/- Stamp Paper duly signed by the Parent / Guardian and the student.
The text of the above deed is printed on the last page i.e. page 6 of the Eligibility
form.
c) 1 Passport size photograph.
d) Passing Certificate (attested
Xerox copy).
e) Attested Xerox copy of School Leaving Certificate / Transfer
Certificate.
f) Original Migration Certificate along with one Xerox copy.
g) Attested Xerox copy of Std. X Marksheet. |

vi) FEES FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION : AS THE VOCATIONAL COURSES ARE NOT UNDER
GRANT-IN-AID CODE OF THE GOVT. AN ANNUAL FEE OF RS. 8,000/- IS CHARGED FOR THE
VOCATIONAL STREAM. |

| THE
FEES : In view of the revision of the fees by the Government at the Degree
College, the Government is considering the Revision of the fee structure at the
Junior College level as well. For any changes in the fee structure, the students
will be liable to pay the difference. |
